I loved staying here and would stay again and again. Attentive staff and excellent location fortunate to see them from the shore, everything was perfect. I was offered a room with magnificent views of a garden. The bed was big, and the breakfast was amazing and very good.

We had a really great stay here during our Christmas. Everything was great. Clean hotel. Marvellous and stunning location in the main restaurant overlooking the ocean. The property was just next door to a boardwalk and the Sheraton Buganvilias Resort. Found a Lobby Bar with perfect drinks 300 feet away.

The hotel is beautiful with new-fashioned rooms. The view of the ocean is great. The design of the hotel is nice. The service throughout the venue is good. The pool is nice and comfortable to sit around. The breakfast spread is marvelous and very good.

The staff at Las Gaviotas and Al Fresco restaurants provided excellent service, and the bartender at El embarcadero Bar was incredible. Special recognition goes to Gabriel Vazquez at Al Fresco for his extraordinary service. The check-in process was easy, and the dining facilities offered excellent food with attentive staff. The beach area was nice, with a roped-off section in the water for safety. The room was spacious and comfortable, meeting all our expectations. The cleaning staff responded promptly to our requests. The front of the hotel staff provided helpful information about taxis and nearby stores.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The facilities at the hotel were outstanding, with a variety of food and beverage options to choose from. The buffets were delicious and the drinks included in the all-inclusive plan were above average. Additionally, the hotel had scheduled activities and a great kids club with caring staff, which allowed us to enjoy our time while knowing that our daughter was well taken care of.
One of the biggest downsides of our stay was the poor air-conditioning in the rooms. The underpowered units were unable to keep up with the evening heat, making the room temperatures unbearable.

It was a beautiful and wonderful hotel in a gorgeous area, near to grocery store, the main restaurant and malecon and downtown area. In general, I really enjoyed my functional and modern room with a balcony. Everything was perfect, yet a few employees were not very helpful. The food for breakfast was amazing and outstanding😀
